I have a feeling that the "use legacy" checkbox in Brightness/Contrasst does a bit more than just increase the slider length and effect of brigness and contrast. |

It means to use the old (legacy) method of control versus the new improved rmethod that does a better job (less clipping).But generally speaking you're still better off using curves or levels. |

I use the legacy settings on a brightness/contrast layer clipped to the high pass layer of a split for sharpening. _________________ If life serves you lemons, make lemonade! |
