not true only items that are raster images (basically anything made in ps) will lose clarity when enlarged or reduced. You need to recreate your logo with a vector program such as illustrater
ive recreated it in an ai, eps and a wmf (used for microsoft word clipart/images without distortion) I have put it on my webserver in a rar (use winrar to unzip) hope this helps

just came back to this thread because i am now trying once again to output a nice smooth version of our logo.
the post above mentions that i should recreate the logo in a vector program at the correct size. i have done this in flash, reduced it in flash to the correct size, and then output it as a high quality jpg. guess what. the quality when printed is still garbage. and it is not my printer that is at fault.
i can't get my head round this one. |
