I watch this guy on YouTube, Phil DeFranco. He has a sick cover photo on his Facebook, and I love the design but have no idea how to recreate it. I use Photoshop for mostly photography and image touchups, so this is way out of my league, but my curiosity is getting the better of me. Does anyone know how I would be able to start to replicate this image, as far as the colors coming off of him are concerned? Im running PS5. Thanks!
