I'm using the latest updated trial version edition of Photoshop CC and I have a weird but extremley annoying bug. I first tried to find some sort of support forum or email to ask an adobe employee about it but the only site I found didnt work to click anywhere on. Instead I made an account here in hopes that someone can help me.
The problem is that when I use photoshop it will randomly glitch out and add weird couloured pixels all over my image. When it happens it affects all pictures. Both currently opened and if I open new ones. When I save it and open it via anything else it looks normal.
I attatched 1 normal file and 1 screenshot of how it looks like when its open in PS.
It occurs randomly, but I've noticed that it always happens when I leave the computer, it goes to screensaver/energysaving mode, and when I get back it is messed up.
Thanks for any help |

Hi and welcome to the forum.
Shot in the dark? Update graphic drivers.
Failing that, do you have any proof settings or adjustment layers showing?
If you could give us a screen shot or the PSD then maybe someone else will have the answer. _________________ If life serves you lemons, make lemonade! |

How stupid of me not to try updating my graphics drivers before. I always thought the Catalyst Control Center would do it automatically. I downloaded the new version and it seem to have solved the problem.
However, like I said. The problem tend to come and go so it could be a coinsidence and come back any time. For now Ill assume its fixed but if it returns ill post here again.
THanks for the help! |
