I dont think it would be possible moving it directly from photoshop to acrobat and still edit it. It all depends on how adobe reads the text in both programs, when you save it as a pdf in photoshop the pdf may read the text as a graphic, and if you can select graphics in a df (i'm not sure) then you'd still be bale to select text but it would technically be a graphic meaning that you couldn't edit it outside of photoshop.
