It's a cross process. If you look at the image all the true blacks are stripped out of the image, if you look at the channels of the images you have chosen, it should give you some clues as to how to re-create the effect on one of your images.
But look up cross processing in Photoshop to give you an indication as to what's involved. Oh and welcome to the forum
