Each pixel represents a square "dot" of information. So 1024 x 1024 means that there are 1,048,576 "dots" of color information. That gives you plenty of room to show a big picture of grass with lots of different blades and shadows and variations of green.
But 100 x 100 means that there are only 10,000 square "dots" of color information. Photoshop has to throw away a lot of information in order to reduce to that size.
I got it. So I can't reduce if I want to keep the same quality, because of pixels. They will broken and lose dots.I even test with all kinds of format but keep the same prob. Thanks all.
