hey guys, new to the forum...
i am having problems taking a screencapture and pasting it in the new photoshop cs5.
for previous versions, it was very easy. 'print screen' whatever, then open up photoshop, FILE>NEW>open the canvas, then paste it.
At first, I thought it was an issue with my clipboard but after it worked for my MS Paint, I realized it's just this version of Photoshop! Did they get rid of this feature in CS5? It would be a pain to take a screen capture, open it up in Paint, save it seperately as a jpg and then open it up again in Photoshop.
Any help will be appreciateD! |

Welcome to the forum visionshock, it's the same in Photoshop CS5 as in other versions, certainly works in my copy. Print Screen+New Document+Ctrl V. Its a mystery why yours should be acting up. _________________ If life serves you lemons, make lemonade! |

thank you for the link... basically do not run photoshop in 64 bit! just run the regular photoshop cs5 if anyone has problems in the future... |
