Hello,
I have issue where Photoshop will open files normally at the beginning of the day but come the afternoon it starts to give an error when opening the files | Code: | | could not import the clipart because of an error getting data from the clipboard or anther application |
; after the error Photoshop still opens the files but performs rather slowly.
I'm wondering if Photoshop is someone how not clearing itself from the RAM and by the afternoon the RAM is relatively full.
Has anyone seen or heard of this error before? Or have any suggestions on how to resolve the issue?

All i know is if you turn off Export Clipboard in General Preferences it may stop the message from appearing.
It wont have solved the problem however. |

Hello,
Thank you for the suggestion; I've tried Disabling the Export Clipboard but the error still appears.
I've noticed, that when I get the error, changing text boxes (either moving or writing) happens slowly and the spinning wheel appears for a few seconds.

Whilst we are on the guessing game, how about, you don't have enough RAM? It sounds like you are running Photoshop without enough RAM, I could be far from the Madding Crowd but.... try rebooting and see if that has an effect. Out of interest, how much do you have?

Hello,
The computer has 4gigs of Ram.
I have also tried disabling OpenGL support - at first it seemed to fix it but not any more.
Restarting sometimes fixes it but not always.
Does Adobe have any system where I can report the error?
