I combined several images together on one canvas very simply, side by side like a collage so I can print them, and I saved them as a regular JPEG format.
However, when I take my USB into photo printing services their computers' don't recognise the format and can't display or print them. I've been told by staff that this is a photoshop problem, but when I call up photoshop customer support, they say they can't help me if I have any version lower than CS5. I have CS3.
Can anyone help? thanks |

Are you certain you are saving as a jpg?
Flatten the layers then make sure when you save it that you select jpg from the dropdown list of file types. |

Thanks for the response!
I am selecting JPEG from the dropdown options when saving; but it might be flattening the layers like you suggested. Sorry I'm so new at this; but how do you flatten the layers?
Thanks |

Ignore that last message, I've worked out how to flatten the image on photoshop help. I'm taking them in to print tomorrow so I'll let you know how it goes.
Thanks so much! |
