i have this old pic but am struggling to get rid of the marks etc that are all over iti have tried the clone the spot healer etc but just wondered if there is a quicker way, i am betting that there isnt but here,s hoping

that is geat can i ask how you did it as i have a few to do and would like to have a go myself although im sure they wont turn out that good

just read your reply on the other pic, so you did it using the clone tool, i tried that but couldnt find anything to use as a sample in places, i will have to keep trying

To answer your first question, there is no easy or quick way. A lot of this will involve artistic rendering and reconstruction. I'll give it a shot though.

Good fix darklite, but I see a red/pink patch under the older lady's left eye.

I guess I'm not seeing it. I used the info box and eyedropper to sample the colors from each area.
