i have this old pic but am struggling to get rid of the marks etc that are all over iti have tried the clone the spot healer etc but just wondered if there is a quicker way, i am betting that there isnt but here,s hoping

just read your reply on the other pic, so you did it using the clone tool, i tried that but couldnt find anything to use as a sample in places, i will have to keep trying

To answer your first question, there is no easy or quick way. A lot of this will involve artistic rendering and reconstruction. I'll give it a shot though.

Good fix darklite, but I see a red/pink patch under the older lady's left eye.
