yeah man thanks. it was fun. i do four layers.. a 50% layer, the shadows, and highlights on their own layers, then color on a layer. you should try it man. i set the colors on overlay. (this way you can change the color without changing your lights and darks etc...

yeah man good work. i really like it. the only parts that look a little weird is the center of his back, and the seat looks like its part of his legs. This is just constructive critisism. Because seriously this is awesome.

This is digitally painted with PS? That's excellent! I've just started painting with Photoshop..Just using a mouse and layers and pen tool..It takes time and concentration..But that's a wonderful job!

thanks guys. yeah its all done in photoshop. i recomend loosing the mouse and getting a graphics pad!!!! you just cant work well with a mouse unless your just using vector, or just filters.

oh and about the seat. uhmm i didnt really want it to be totally mapped out. it does merge with his legs a little, but i wanted the imagination to do some work aswell.
and thanks for the comment

Here's a painting I just finished, using PSCS and default brushes..No filters or drop shadows or anything else.. Except the pen tool to draw certain shapes..
