Because both his face and the text are on the left, the whole design feels like it's leaning that way. The inclination of his head doesn't help, either. Either move the text to the bottom right corner or add some element of visual interest to the right side.
Notice how, right now, the very first thing the eye goes to, even before his face, is the parental advisory in the top right. This is because it's a small, but strong graphic element in an otherwise empty area of the layout. You want to use that effect to your advantage, rather than have it bring unwanted attention to a legally-mandated warning that should be tucked away somewhere less noticeable.
