I created an image and saved it in .psd format. I know want to re-open this document but photoshop won't allow me. I am using Photoshop CS. It comes up with the following error message: "Cannot open document as it is not a valid photoshop document." or something similar. Cry Evil Bawling
just wondering if anyone has had any similar problems and whether they know how to fix it? Thanks very much,
Rob :P Angel Dead Big Wink

Hmm, dunno but try ....

Close Photoshop altogether. Go to the image and open it in whatever you can then Copy it to the clipboard. Reload PS and Open New Document (as you have something in the clipboard PS should automatically pre-size this new document to the same dimensions - it's also a good prompt) then Paste. If this doesn't work, you'll have to alter the type of doc by other means and transform it into a .tif for example, before retaking the steps above.
