All right, our second week of SOTW is here. Please submit up to three signature images with a maximum size of 200x600. Unreasonably small entries will, of course, be disqualified, although there is currently no minimum size.

This week's theme is dreams. Good dreams, bad dreams, bizarre dreams--but no inappropriate dreams. Try to avoid too much blatant grunge, but grungify if you really feel the need. Collages are acceptable, although using more original material will gain higher respect from the judge(s).

Make these entries good! Best of luck to everybody.

Just to clarify, the theme implies images that seem to be part of a dream. So yes, technically these images can be of anything you want. But they should have a distinctly dream-like quality--be it a lush, too-good-to-be-true effervescence or a nightmarish gloom. Interpret it the way you want to, and use your artistic judgment. Whatever you do, it should give off the feeling of a dream.

The point of this sig theme is to move away from concrete, realistic subjects (which are great, don't get me wrong) and outright grungy stuff (which is okay, but WAY overdone), and instead move toward the more abstract and artistically deep. The Twilight Zone, if you will. If you guys really don't like this theme, let me know and we can change it something more interesting. I like it, though...

Excellent. Get the creative juices flowing early, so you've got plenty of time to tweak the results.
