|
|
Hello everyone!
My question is rather simple, though, the solution isn't... for me at least.
Is there a way I can assign the brush opacity to my Intuos4 tablet scroll wheel so I can increase or decrease the opacity of my brush?
It would save me lots of time doing so and I think speed is pretty important while drawing. |

For Intuos 3 you can,,,Set the function for the scroll wheel to keystroke. The set the bracket keys, one for up the other down. Name and save the function. |

So you say there is no possible way to set this for the Intuos 4 tablet?
That's awkward, I thought intuos4 should be an improved version, not missing some (extra) settings :O
I mean the opacity (not hardness, not the size of the brush).
The only shortcuts the opacity has is: 1 = 10%, 2 = 20% etc.
I wondered how I can apply that to the scroll wheel if it is static and not really dynamic like brush size. (with its [ and ] hotkeys to make it larger or smaller). |

I'm not saying you can't with Intuos4. I would think if you use the procedure I outlined for Intuos3 you could do it with Intuos4 also to control brush size. However, I don't think there is a shortcut for brush opacity. |
