Use the magic wand tool set to contiguous to select the S. Once selected fill it with white. |

I see a green, not sure what you mean when you say neon.
But anyway use the same procedure, just select the red and fill. |

What exactly do you mean by fill? I'm trying to extract the green onto the red, but i don't know how to get the exact color.

What am i doing wrong if i click the green with the eyedropper, but it doesn't fill? |

The eyedropper is just for sampling the colour, you need to control click your layer and make a selection and then fill that with the paint-bucket. _________________ If life serves you lemons, make lemonade! |
