Well if you installed PS under a different user ID, then the new one you created can't access it because the directories (folders) are not the same. The new account can not access the old account's files, so you'll either need to not use the new account for PS or you'll need to change the permissions of the new account so that it has access to the PS files. If you really wanted to I suppose you could reinstall PS under this new ID, but holy crap can we say memory burn? |

Thanks for the answer. I do get what you are saying. The thing is i've tried to give access to those files, but i dont know how. Both of the accounts are administrators. Could you tell me how?
I also installed ps in that user, and the same error kept coming up in case you want to know.
Thanks again |

You probably just need to uninstall and reinstall the entire program. It's happened to me before as well, and reinstalling it seemed to make it run just fine. It's an annoying pain in the a***, I'll admit, but it does the trick.
Also, the new admin account will always be secondary to the original one, and even if you give it full permissions it still may not be able to do everything the original account can. |

I've done that. I used to have the CS1, and then i upgraded to see if that would work. What im gonna do is switch the users, since its my parents who use the other users and they wont even notice. Thanks for everything |
