I'm sorry to be a bother but i wonder if there is a tutorial that i have overlooked.
I want to have a promotional picture done of me and i want to edit it to have like thin lightning around my closed fist (i guess you could say it's kind of like the guy from infamous.
how would i go about doing this?
I understand that it's a very popular subject and I apologise for posting it, but i couldn't really find anything that helps me |
