A newbie to photoshop I would kindly welcome hints as to the technique to bring life to the attached underwater shot.
We are planning to have the photo enlarged and framed for parents/grandparents however the picture is lacking colour depth which may be due to insufficient red color palette being underwater.
I am not proficient with grey scaling so any suggestions would be appreciated.
Feel free to even work you magic and post the picture back up so that I can get it to Santa for delivery for XMAS.
Any help would be appreciated.... |

I had a quick go
What ever happens if you want to print it you will have to upload the original file. I presume you have a lager file. The quality of the picture atm would look below average when printed out.
You should be able to upload a bigger files (>200kb) for free at websites such dropbox.com |

Thanks for the contribution Auieos.
Dig the sneaky shark in the background, I am diving with Great White Sharks next year so who knows that picture may have a touch of realism....
If I load the originals up on Drop box, I can post the URL here for you to look at ???
I have a manual for photoshop but for life off me have had nominal success compared to what you achieved in quick time......
Any help is much appreciated |

Legendary Lee, must be a good Liverpool fan
I got close to this (sort of), just could not get the right combination of the Blue Water integrity, remove scatter, enhance the features of the Maori Wrasse and create some shape to the Coral on the RHS.
Should have just got the white balance set in my camera a bit better in the first place !!
Cheers for the touch up though, much appreciated.

Yeah if you upload it to dropbox they give you a link to which the public can access the file.
Nice one Lee. |
