I'm wondering what features you would like to see in CS3.
Personally I'd like the link boxes back on the layers palette, I'd like a stronger blur tool preferably with options. And for my main choice I'd like a transform option with lots of handles all along the image so I can warp it and stretch it that way (say 6 handles each side instead of 3)

Good ideas (but I still think the new Layers Palette is much better)
Oh.
Performance improvement.
Incorporate IR into PS.
Return of an internal File Browser (in addition to Bridge)
Faster Bridge.
A plug-in Photo Mosaic compositor.
A rework of the Extract command to include a mask.
Move the Sponge Tool somewhere else to allow a one key toggle between Dodge and Burn Tools.
Revise workspace to make it more navigable you have many documents open.
Scalable Grain filter.
Fix the damn Crop+Rotate+DownSample bug! (I mean how many YEARS Adobe??)
An indicator in the Layers Palette if “Blend If” style is in effect.
Pen Tool option to draw a selection. |

^^WOW^^ yeah all that stuff would be sweet!! Whats IR tho??
I do deffenatly miss the normal file browser.
it would be great if adobe came out with a a font manager thats incorporated into all of the programs.
also with some of the character and paragraph attributes, it would be nice to have the arrows to increase or decrease the size, tracking, baseline shift, etc... in small amounts. instead of have to just type in a number, or use the drop down. Illustrator has it.
ill prob think of more things later...

IR = ImageReady. They already moved the animation palette into PS. Just move a couple more palettes and IR becomes unnecessary. |

I agree IR is so friken annoying, in fact IR could be a simple view thing. Yo hit view and the first option could be IR. IR is so annoying, especially when you open with IR instead of PS when right clicking. So annoying. |

proper halftone filter. PS's halftone filter gives out squares or lines. if one wants to simulate an old print (like an old comic book or such), one wants round dots, not square. The best way to get a real halftone is Corel Photo-Paint
Internal file browser, minor changes to liquidate filter.

No.They are circular.
Filter>Pixelate>Color Halftone? Try setting all angles the same for more dramatic effect. |

Whoops, I was using the one in the filter gallery. Didn't even know about that other one.
Other changes I would like to see:
I don't like how when i edit in full-screen, there are a few pixels of my windows desktop visible at the bottom. And of course get rid of those other annoying glitches..
When using radial blur, even on high quality, you still get dithered-ey looking pixels in some areas. I wish that weren't so.
there are still a few situations whee the navigator doesn't work (transforms...)

Maybe you already can do this, but:
You should be able to select a fe layers in the palette, then alt-click the new group button, and have the selected layer automaticall go into the new group. or something similar to that..
