Weird yellow Moire?

Anyone experienced this before? please see attached files. the darker color was created from the brighter one. But the darker has much more pronounced yellow banding. This fabric seems odd to really have much moire so that is why I am hoping someone knows possible other causes? And is there an easy way yo fix this? I painted a color blend mode layer which got rid of the yellow but it still appears as a bright/dark bands.
