Hello all,
I've recently added Adobe Photoshop Elements 4.0 to my computer. Is it possible to do decent website templates using adobe? I need a better site design or I'll never get traffic.  |

Use phtoshop not elements, plus u'll have to have good knowledge of what iur design for ur template looks like and how to do it.
