hey was wondering if anyone knew how to make a high resolution picutre into a nice complex watercolor painting???? (meaning more then just the watercolor effect)

brush the hell ot of it, and use some filters, layers ove rlayers and stuff, its kinda hard to say exactly but just layer over layer of strokes and stuff to make it look painted
