Hi,
I'm currently trying to use one photo as back ground and then use part of a second photo as a layer over the top of the first pic (as the background). Can't seem to get it to work at all! Hard as the part of the 2nd pic is a lion which needs cutting round.
Please help! I'm probably missing something really simple!

The first thing I would do would be create another layer (copy layer) of your original (locked) layer. Delete the locked layer. Now, you can move the images up or down in the layers pallete. This is usually the problem when trying to show one image over the other, the layer with a number(layer 1, layer 2 etc.) is covered by the background layer.
Also, there are a ton of different ways to do this type of thing using photohsop, so browse through the forums and see what you can find, or reply to this post with maybe a little more detail about what you're trying to achieve, and maybe the pictures _________________ All gave some, some gave all.....Lest we forget that war produces veterans, wounded both mentally and physically, and it is our job to help them now, as they have already helped us all in ways we will never know, and in ways that we take for granted every day. |
