just got photshop and hae been doing some car mod tutorials.
now for the n00b question
Where is the line tool
know what your gunna say

well i checked the help but it tels me about it but not where it is
also what is the shortcut key

we all start somewhere...
select the shape tool (default is usually a square picture) from the tool bar on the left. if you right click this, a list of all the possible different variations of the tool are shown to you, include the one and only line tool. this is the same for every other tool in the panel. its worth playing about with this these, just experimenting and seeing what they can all do and you'll soon be well on your way....

Learn the shortcut keys.
U is the shortcut to the Line tool or Shift U if you haven't changed it in Preferences
