Hi,
I'm asking on behalf of my girlfriend, she wants to copy Photoshop files created on her mac to her Microsoft surface.
She copied them onto a USB drive, but when we try to open them on the surface we get a "could not complete your request because it is not a valid Photoshop document" error.
I can't for the life of me figure out what the problem is.
Some info
Both the surface and the mac have the same version of Photoshop (Adobe Photoshop CC 2014.2.2 release).
The files are saved (by the mac) as PSD and we are trying to open them as PSD.
She has been able to transfer cross platform like this before with no issues. |
