Hi All

I was wondering if someone could please offer me some help about Ttransparent Backgrounds.

Whilst i was designing my Web Site, a friend of mine offered to design a logo for me, to put on my Web Site.
My Web Site is now up and running but i have noticed that the Logo isn't on a Transparent background, so you can see the outline of the image because my site background is slightly coloured.

I've tried myself to turn this image into a Transparent Background but have failed miserably on all accounts.

I was wonderng if someone could please give me some advice on how i can change this background image into a Transparent Background.

I have added my Logo so that you can see what i mean.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance

Mark

You basically have 3 option the way I see it....I could be wrong.

1) delete the white and make it transparent and save as a png file, but IE doesn't read png files...big minus.

2) change the color of the background to match the web site background so it looks transparent...a pain when changing backgrounds.

3) save as gif file and make the white transparent...the option I'd use.
