help. I just installed CS6 on Window 8. Despite 23 inch screen, the toolbar on the left & actions & layers palettes are very small & difficult to read [poor old pensioner] Can anyone tell me if I can resize them? Surely there must be a way! |

It is based on your screen resolution. What is the resolution you are using?
Photoshop does not have any settings to increase the panels and toolbars or even the UI.
