CS5 on a current Mac OS: Yesterday my tool selection packed up. Rebooting Photoshop didn't help. I have the hand grabber and nothing else.
Very odd.

Odd, indeed, maybe window-tools is a solution.
Or could it be a wrong workspace?

Sometimes resetting Photoshop settings can help with these types of problems.
Select the hand grabber from the menu and in the tool options bar up the top on the far left side you will see the hand grabber icon.
Right click it and select Reset All Tools.
Or
Alternatively you can try holding down Command, Option, Shift while starting up Photoshop.
This brings up a dialog to reset Photoshops preferences/settings file. |
