i think its all layer blending properties..
i think they got the zigzag from windows media player screenshot
the fire from this technique http://www.tutorialwiz.com/fire_text/
applied the fir to the zig zag.
whited out the people
added a fibres filter on a new layer and changed the blending options to create that background
and then stuck the people on top and maybe blurred it together |
