If I am in the wrong Forum, please let me know and redirect my question?
Every time I try to type some horizontal text on a picture, all I get is a straight line (underline)Will someone please tell me how I can stop this and get my text (letters) back?
I am using Photoshop 3 with Windows10

Silly question, but is your font set to the same colour as your background? |

Thanks for your reply, No, the text colour is wet to white and that is what I get, a white line but no letters. The background is dark grey.
