I am trying to follow a tutorial and I am supposed to click on select and then modify but modify is grayed out.... Any ideas or suggestions? |

the layer your trying to work on may be locked, if your using a picture from the internet or whatever, this is probably the case. Just duplicate the layer in question and delete the original. Should work. If not, I'm not sure what's wrong. |
