Sometimes you can change them individually by double clicking on the particular step of the action you wish to edit.

Look for a setting called "Global light" or something like that in the drop shadow options. When you turn that off, you can do the shadows in different directions.

I hope can explain my problem..
a.-I have a psd file with many layers in them.
b.-in 3 of this layers ( have anothers ) but in 3 , I have "text"

on that 3 text layers I work with " ...
