hi i have photoshop cs5 an for a few days a got an error that my cpu is not active..this got me to the support on adobe web after that i went to my preferances and there i sow the scratch setting and also went to support to see more
i have 2 hard disks divided in four partitions the windows one is C and had less then 6gb on it so i needed more space..
i chaged the scratch to H and G but desselected the C..i closed photosop and reopened but then i got this message error :
'' could not open scratch file because the file is locked or you do not have the necessary access privileges.use the properties comand in the windows explorer to unlock the file ""
i have no idea how to do it and now i can open photoshop at all
