why would you want the logo to be faint? It's the corporate ID. People will be whizzing past this at 80+mph. They won't have much time to have the logo embedded in thier cluttered minds. Scion isn't a household name yet. Too new. Brand identity is very important at this stage of the game. The overall impact of the board itself is nil. There's nothing 'trick' going on to make it stand out. Besides the front end hanging off the board, it's just a photo of a car, on a bland background. The rectangles make it look like the whole thing is pasted together. Try showing some motion into the car or some trick reflections. What age group is the car being marketed to? because dark blue is a very conservative color. Younger people may not respond to it. Nor the billboard. I'm not being critical of your work, but as a client I would be looking for a high impact billboard. This isn't one yet.

I agree with ronmatt.
As this is a school project and the learning curve for advertising is steep and as it is perhaps a first project, it's not so bad as a layout
BUT...
if I were the customer buying the ad it would have to be entirely worked over.
Big advertising agencies have a team of skilled people from physcologists, layout artists, copywriters accountants and everything in between and have brainstorming sessions for such work and may take 12 months to finish a campaign.

Let's give the helcyon the applause he deserves and maybe someday he will have his own agency and fly his own personal jet
