I'm using Photoshop CS4 and up till yesterday everything was working fine. Since this morning I can't save for web & devices any more. I get the following message:
The operation could not be completed.
I deleted Photoshop preferences, as suggested somewhere else. that didn't solve the problem.
just as additional information: I also can't save for web & devices in Illustrator CS4, also since today as far as I know (don't use it that much).
Illustrator crashes if I try to save for web & devices.
all other save options work fine in Photoshop as well as Illustrator.
if anyone has any idea what to do.... help is much appreciated!
