I am trying to create an action that will, take the photo i am working with, change from 16 Bit to 8 Bit, and then save as a jpeg in the folder that the RAW file is saved. I have tried to set it up but i cannot figure out how to make the photos save in the right folder. i.e they always save to the folder that was used during the recording of the action. any suggestions? |

In the batch dialogue box, make sure you check Override Action "Save AS" Commands. Then chose the folder you wish. |
