I have a Picture I want to resize and to make it larger, how do i go about doing it? Afterwards I want to make it seem like a cut out similiar to the Jordan Jump man symbol, I pasted the jordan logo as example.

When you say larger, what exactly do you mean? theres a limit to how big this size image will go, and it's not very big, the problem is you only have so much to work with and PS can only do so much. If you go much bigger it going to get pixelated (blocky)
It's image resise, and type in the size you want to make it bigger, as for making it like a cut out, it's hard to say without seing the pic, but if it's all one colour (like the one shown) the magic wand tool should select it all. Wayne

when it gets pixelated you can do some editing, its easy if its all one color because you can make it all that color and use the selection tools to cut off the edges and give it a crisper feel, but like swansea said...it really has its limits..

Edit: I tried it myself, ehh not that great, but with more patience and effort...
