Resize and then the edges are smoothed. Why?

Hi!

I have an image that is with sharp edges, very accurate. But when I move it to another page and resize the edges become a little clearer, only the last row of pixels in each edge. Feather is 0. So...Does somebody now what is going on?

Make sure when you resize your using nearest neighbor.
