Hello Friends!
I have some image to clean which have a lot of green patches. some times it is very difficult to clean these type of image by clone tool specialy when spot come on face . can some one tell me what is the best way to clean this type of spot without losing picture sharpness or quality.
I am attaching sample image.

You’ll probably have to use a combination of techniques.
One that may help overall is creating a Hue/Saturation adjustment layer over the image. In its Edit pull down menu go to Green then use the eyedropper to click on an area of green in your picture. Now use the sliders to change hue-saturation-lightness to help minimize the green cast. (see attachment)
