Hello, the Basic and Guided panels have disappeared in Photoshop Elements11. I have clicked reset panels but this is done nothing, can anyone help me all I have got is a black panel. I am running Elements under Windows 8 64 bit.

I should have said "Quick" & "Guided". I have just tried the default reset with the Ctrl + Alt +Shift but whilst it seemed to go through the motions the Right Panel is still black. Expert mode is OK. |
