Can i protect my psd files from editing with somekind of password?....with some program?

If you save as a Photoshop PDF, you can have some security options. (Photoshop PDF retains layer information)

But if the files are reopened in Photoshop (as opposed to Acrobat), I think the only security is a password to open the file. They can still be edited once opened.
