Hiya guys

New to this froum so sorry if this has been posted before.

I'm using PS 7 and its been great. However recently it wont let me start a new image. I can open and edit picture but as soon as i click on New everything greys out and i have to close it down via Task manager.

I tried unistalling and reinstalling but the same problem is occuring.

I also tried Ctrl+Alt+Shift but no joy Confused

Hope you can help
