I have this header that I want to go on a bunch if peices of paper, but even when i've made the pciture size 8.5 by 11 inches I have never had anything I print out print out at hte quality of the computer. Its either pixelated or not 8.5 x 11 inches, could anyone help me?

make sure your resolution is at least 300dpi. And also make sure the print settings are set at best quality. the dimensions should be correct as long as you have it set to 100%. if, in the print options, you have it scaled to fit, the porportions will be off.

Also, the things that are pixelated, are they shapes and text, or images?

If the output is for the monitor, 72dpi is ok. If it is print, you want at LEAST 300dpi. Yeah text should never be pixelated unless it was rasterized, then scaled larger. so check with the resolution and print settings.
