After photo enhancements using Elements the prints are darker than expected and very noticeable on pastel shades. I always use the preview prints option and this window offers a much more true colour rendition. I cannot understand why my final image from photoshop is not exactly the same as on the preview window and the printout emulates the preview view.
This has come about whilst trying to print a photo of thermal springs and mists in NZ which is a weird mixture of swirling turquoise.blues ,yellows and reds.......I simply cannot print it anything like my monitor view |

Has your monitor been calibrated?? If not I'd start by doing so. |
