Hey pretty new to Photoshop and having Line problems.
In the picture i'm try to get those lines smooth but not working what should I do?
I did a few things, but they didn't work.

my only suggestion is to blur but that looks bad.

Using a small paintbrush tool (instead of the pencil) will give you less jagged edges (you can control its hardness). Also, if possible, work on a file with higher resolution. The more pixels you have making up your canvas, the smoother your lines will be.

Higher resolution doesn't really matter too much unless you're printing.
I would suggest using the pen tool.
