im such a noob, i want to know the technique to coloring my inked drawings using a "multiply" effect. i heard about it from my friend except i didnt know a word he was saying. so i looked up at some forums and they showed me how...but for some reason, when i brush using the color black, it is the color grey...? what am i doing wrong? someone plz tell me in detail step by step...help out a noob

If you color on a layer that is set to Multiply it won't color exactly what color you have chosen. Search google for blending modes and read about them. There are all types, and they all act differently. Choosing one depends on what you're doing.
