i need a little help ?
can any one explane me how i can make rust on cars?, what is the best way
, tools etc?

Hi Rene
I would find a good photo of some rust and use the displacement filter
There are lots of tutorials online that will show you how to use it effectively.
I could always send a pic of my car.. that has plenty of rust

Cani use the displacement filter for the rust (rain) stripes on this pictures?
the rust is hanging over the advertising!
